Returns & Refunds

All of our products are inspected carefully, photographed extensively and priced fairly according to their condition and completeness (if applicable). Please inspect all item photos and/or contact us with any questions you may have prior to your purchase!

Due to the delicate nature of vintage/pre-owned toys & collectibles, some packaging of items or books may have nicks, scratches, missing paint, yellowing, some warping, creases in pages, spine ticks, off white pages, etc… Pictures of Items are a representation of what a customer may receive.


Damaged Package received

If packages are received damaged you have 24hrs from time of delivery to contact us by email about the damage. You would need to keep all original packaging and take pictures of all sides of the box including the inside and items received. Once we receive the email, we will open an insurance claim through the carrier. Then we will contact you through email, you might have to take damaged package and item to your local USPS, FEDEX, or UPS for inspection. You will have to be very patient with us on this because the carriers do take their time on this. Once the claim is approved, we will contact you by email to see if you would like the same item if available, or a refund or store credit.


Package shows received (Missing delivery) 

We are a small business and are not Amazon or any big box retailer. So we don't issue refunds or a reshipment of items.

If a package is shipped and shows delivered

A: Either a porch pirate has it

B: Deliverer says they delivered it but didn't

C: It was delivered to a neighbor

D: Address was incorrect and it was delivered somewhere else

E: And the one I hate to say but happens, it was delivered to customer but they say it was never received by them.

Customer needs to contact the carrier about this issue. They may have to open an investigation to see what happened on why it shows received but you didn't. There is insurance on the packages so they have to go through the long and lengthy process 1st. Before they issue out the insurance claim.


If package still show in transit for a long time.

Carriers have had long transit times for packages due to the high volumes of online ordering. Customer would need to contact carriers about any issues of really long transit times.


We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for, items sold online because you don't want it any more, we are not Amazon.

This applies to all of our stock: loose items, complete items, and new or sealed items - especially if they have been used, worn, opened or have had the tags removed.

Please note that all the items we sell, especially SEALED items, are COLLECTIBLE!

They're sold as such with all their nostalgia intact!

We cannot guarantee that the contents of sealed items will still work if opened!

This includes but isn't limited to electronics, original batteries, etc.

If you have an issue, question, compliment or concern regarding your order, or have questions about an item before you make a purchase - please contact us!

Issues may be resolved with an exchange or store credit, at our discretion!
