Marty, Doc, Lorraine and Biff, together on one signed collectible. This 1991 Back to the Future Special bears the signatures of Michael J. Fox, Christopher Lloyd, Lea Thompson and Thomas F. Wilson, the actors behind four of the film trilogy’s most memorable characters. Encapsulated in a yellow-label CGC Signature Series holder with a 9.2 grade and white pages, this copy brings the cast connection front and center.
Published by Harvey Publications as a Universal Studios promotional comic, the Special connects Back to the Future with its Saturday-morning animated adventures. The cover’s “Saturday Mornings on CBS!” wording promotes the animated television series, while the “Not for Resale” marking identifies its promotional presentation. Dwayne McDuffie’s story, Ken Selig’s art and Frank Brunner’s cover add comic-book credentials to a piece that bridges the franchise’s screen and illustrated worlds.
