Cypher X-Men: Retro Marvel Legends Target Exclusive Action Figure Hasbro 2026
Hey there, true believers and mutant collectors! If you are looking to add to your classic New Mutants lineup, Hasbro has answered the call with the Marvel Legends Series X-Men Retro Cypher action figure. Released in 2026 as a Target exclusive, this figure brings Doug Ramsey into your collection on a nostalgic Toy Biz-style retro cardback with plenty of nineties shelf appeal.
This release celebrates the character's comic roots. Doug Ramsey's mutant ability to understand all languages makes him a distinctive member of the New Mutants, and this 1:12 scale figure comes clad in his classic black-and-yellow team uniform with a red belt sporting the X emblem. Fully poseable pinless articulation lets you bring Cypher into your team display, while his Techno-Organic sword offers another option for action-ready poses.
