Shadowhawk (Variant) McFarlane Spawn Series 4 Action Figure 1996

Shadowhawk, aka Paul Johnstone grows up as a troubled youth in Harlem, He avoids a life of crime due in part to the encouragement of a man named Richard Woodroe. Eventually Paul becomes a lawyer, then the district attorney. But after he is infected with a virus by a group of gangsters, he dons a suit of experimental armor and becomestje vigilante, Shadowhawk. 

ShadowHawk's actions against criminals are brutal. He catches violent criminals in the act and break their spines, leaving them to be discovered by police. This leads to ShadowHawk garnering a reputation as an urban legend as well as being hunted by both criminals and law enforcement alike. During his time as a vigilante, he encounters other superheroes such as Spawn and Savage Dragon & he later becomes a member of the superhero group, Brigade.

Fearures: A knife that goes in a holster on his left leg. A large gun that clamps onto his arm. A grappling hook launcher that fits into his hand and that actually fires. This figure is a “variant” that is a different color than the original, gold.
