The Freak escapes an insane asylum in New York, he’s a true psychotic with multiple personalities who thinks he’s a superhero. His actions however do not match his thoughts and nobody really knows if he’s a good guy or a bad guy. He carries around an immense bag of weapons that prepare him for any fight. 

The Freak includes a bag of tricks, including a cleaver, a circular saw, a hacksaw, a sword, a knife, and a scythe.
